HEGEMONEでは、土日祝祭日を含め、24時間サポートを心かけております。
現在は少人数で運用しておりますため、お問合せのご回答につきましては、数時間ほどお時間を頂戴する場合がございますが、12時間以内には必ずご返答させていただきます。
We strive to provide 24-hour support, including weekends and public holidays. However, as we are currently operating with a limited staff, please be aware that responses to inquiries may take a few hours. Rest assured, we will make every effort to reply within 12 hours.
在庫確認につきましてお問い合わせを頂戴いたしましたら、直ちに確認を行い、ご回答させていただいております。
在庫切れの場合で、再入荷の予定がある商品については、再入荷された際に、速やかにご連絡を差し上げます。
生産終了などで完売した商品の場合には、もしご要望がございましたら、代替商品のご提案をさせていただきます。

Regarding inventory inquiries, we willl promptly check the stock upon receiving your request and provide you with a response.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock but has a planned restock, we will notify you promptly once it becomes available again.
If a product is sold out due to discontinuation or other reasons, we would be happy to suggest alternative items should you wish.
