大切なお客様に商品が届くまで
HEGEMONEでは、全ての商品を神奈川県横浜市より発送しており、商品の検品から梱包、発送に至るまで、一貫した体制で対応させていただいております。
お客様へ商品をお届けするまでの流れについてご紹介いたします。
All products are shipped from Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. We manage the entire process, from product inspection to packaging and shipment, with a consistent and meticulous approach.
Here is information regarding the process of delivering your purchased items.

#1. 海外買付の場合 (Overseas Purchasing)
・お客様より「在庫確認」を頂き、当方で在庫確保ができましたら、ご注文を承ります。
・ご注文後、商品の「買付」を行います。
・商品が日本に到着しましたら、「検品」を行います。
・検品の結果、問題がないことを確認後、商品を「発送」させていただきます。
海外買付の場合、ご注文いただいてからお届けまでの平均日数は7営業日になります。
・Once you inquire about the availability of an item and we confirm it is in stock, we will accept your order.
・After receiving your order, we will proceed with the procurement of the product.
・Upon arrival in Japan, we will inspect the product.
・Following a successful inspection, the product will be shipped to you.
For overseas purchases, the average delivery time from the order date is 7 business days.

#2. 国内買付の場合 (Domestic Purchasing)
・お客様より在庫確認を頂き、当方で在庫確保ができましたら、ご注文を承ります。
・ご注文いただた当日に、*速やかに買付を行います。
・買付が完了次第、梱包を行い、*当日に発送させていただきます。
国内買付の場合、ご注文いただいてからお届けまでの日数は、平均1日～2日となります。
*即日買付について
ご注文の時間帯や買付先の状況によっては、翌日の買付となる場合がございます。
*当日発送について
ヤマト運輸の集荷時間の都合上、午後4時以降にご注文いただいた場合は翌朝発送となります。
・Once you inquire about the availability of an item and we confirm it is in stock, we will accept your order.
・We will promptly procure the product on the same day that your order is placed.
・Once the purchase is complete, the product will be packaged and shipped *on the same day.
For domestic purchases, the average delivery time from the order date is 1 to 2 days.

Please note that depending on the time of your order and the location of the shop, shipment may take place on the following day.

Due to the pick-up schedule of Yamato Transport, orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following morning.
#3. 手元に在庫がある場合 (Items in Stock)
手元に在庫がある商品は、在庫確認が不要でございます。
ご注文いただきましたら、速やかに発送の手配をさせていただきます。
ご注文いただいてからお届けまでの日数は、平均1日～2日となります。
*即発送について
ヤマト運輸の集荷時間の都合上、午後4時以降にご注文いただいた場合は翌朝発送となります。
For items that we have in stock, there is no need for a stock inquiry.
Once your order is placed, we will arrange for immediate shipment.
The average delivery time from the order date is 1 to 2 days.

Due to the pick-up schedule of Yamato Transport, orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following morning.

#4. 海外にお住まいのお客様向け (For international customers)
海外からのご注文につきましては、日本郵便のEMSにて発送させていただきます。
送料およびお届けまでの日数につきましては、地域によって異なりますため、ご注文の際にご案内させていただきます。
For orders placed from overseas, we utilize Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service) for shipping.
Please be aware that shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. This will be brought to your attention when you place your order.

#5. 進捗状況のご報告 (Progress Updates)
商品がお客様のお手元に届くまで、以下のタイミングで進捗状況をご報告させていただきます。
・買付完了後
・買付先から発送通知を受信後 (海外買付)
・商品が日本に到着し、検品後
・お客様に発送後
We will update you on the progress at the following times until the product is delivered to you.
・Upon completion of the purchasing process.
・Upon receiving the shipping notification from the shop. (Overseas Purchasing)
・Upon the product's arrival in Japan and completion of inspection.
・After the product has been shipped to you.

#6. 発送遅延の可能性について (Potential Shipping Delays)
大変稀ではございますが、平均お届け日数よりもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
・年末年始などの繁忙期
・悪天候や自然災害が発生した場合
・その他、特殊な状況が発生した場合
買付先にて在庫の手配に時間を要する場合
輸送中の事故や配送システムのトラブルが発生した場合
上記いずれの場合においても、お客様には状況を随時ご報告させていただきます。
While infrequent, there may be instances where delivery takes longer than the average estimated time. These situations may include:
・Peak seasons such as the year-end and New Year holidays
・Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
・Other special circumstances, such as:
When the shop requires additional time to arrange stock.
In the event of accidents or issues with the shipping system.
In any such case, we will ensure that you are promptly updated on the situation.
