#1. 海外買付 (Overseas Purchasing)
海外買付は、主にブランド直営店、正規取扱店、セレクトショップをルートとしており、常に新規開拓にも努めております。
買付先は、商品の在庫状況、価格競争力、応対のクオリティなどによって選定しており、現在取引のあるセレクトショップをいくつかご紹介いたします。
Our overseas purchasing primarily involves brand direct stores, authorized retailers, and select shops, and we are constantly striving to explore new opportunities.
We carefully select select shops as our business partners based on factors such as product availability, price competitiveness, and quality of service.
Here are some select shops we currently have business with.
イタリア、フランス、イギリス、ドイツのショップから買い付けを行っており、中でもラグジュアリーブランドのセレクトショップが多数存在するイタリアのショップとの取引が多くなりました。
イタリアでは、ANTONIA、Il Duomo、LUISAVIAROMA、LUCIANA など。
フランスでは、actuel B、MONNIER、L'Exception、myCompanero など。
イギリスでは、Mr. Porter、Net-a-Porter、Browns Fashion、Farfetch など。
ドイツでは、Breuninger、Mytheresa など。
アメリカでは、Saks Fifth Avenue、Neiman Marcus、Nordstrom などからも買い付けを行っております。
We conduct purchasing from shops in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Among these, we have a significant number of transactions with shops in Italy, where numerous luxury brand select shops are located.
In Italy, these include ANTONIA, Il Duomo, LUISAVIAROMA, and LUCIANA, among others.
In France, they include actuel B, MONNIER, L'Exception, and myCompanero, among others.
In the United Kingdom, they include Mr. Porter, Net-a-Porter, Browns Fashion, and Farfetch, among others.
In Germany, they include Breuninger and Mytheresa, among others.
We also conduct purchasing from shops in the United States, such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom.
現在、複数のショップにおいてVIP会員、またはゴールドメンバーとして取引を行なっており、最近ではオーストラリアショップとの取引も増えています。
他に、スウェーデン、ノルウェーなどのスカンジナビア半島のショップとも取引がございますが、これらの地域では取引件数は限られており、グランドセール時期のみ買付を行っております。
Currently, we hold VIP membership or gold membership at several shops, and our transactions with shops in Australia have also been increasing recently.
We also have transactions with stores in the Scandinavian Peninsula such as Sweden and Norway. In these regions, the number of transactions is limited, and we conduct purchasing only during grand sale periods.

#2. 国内買付 (Domestic Purchasing)
HEGEMONEは、神奈川県横浜市を拠点として、ブランド直営店で買付を行っております。横浜にはブランドの直営店が多数あり、比較的容易に在庫を確保できますが、ブランドによっては東京の直営店を利用することがあります。
Based in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, we conduct purchasing at brand direct stores. Yokohama has a large number of direct stores, making it relatively easy to secure inventory. However, depending on the brand, we may utilize direct stores in Tokyo.
* Tiffany & Co.
Tiffanyは横浜に直営店が3店舗あり、いずれもよく利用しております。東京には17店舗あり、都内で在庫を確保することも少なくありません。
Tiffany has three direct stores in Yokohama, all of which we frequently use. There are 17 stores in Tokyo, and we often secure inventory within the metropolitan area.
横浜の3店舗に加え、都内では銀座本店、丸の内店、六本木ヒルズ店が主な買付先となります。
In addition to the three stores in Yokohama, our primary purchasing locations in Tokyo are the Ginza Main Store, Marunouchi Store, and Roppongi Hills Store.
銀座本店の利用期間が最も長いですが、新たに「ティファニー銀座」が2025年7月にオープン予定で、こちらがアジア最大の旗艦店になるとのことで、楽しみにしております。
We have been using the Ginza Main Store for the longest period, and we are looking forward to the opening of the new "Tiffany Ginza" in July 2025, which is said to become Asia's largest flagship store.

* Berluti
Berlutiは、横浜には直営店が1店舗のみで、衣類のお取り扱いがないため、東京の直営店を利用しております。
長らく青山本店を利用しておりましたが、2024年2月に麻布台ヒルズへ移転オープンしています。ブランドの伝統を重んじた青山本店の落ち着いた雰囲気が大変気に入っておりましたが、麻布台ヒルズ店は、モダンで活気あふれる空間に、Berlutiならではのクラシカルな粋が感じられるブティックになっています。
Berluti has only one direct store in Yokohama, and since it does not carry clothing, we utilize direct stores in Tokyo. We had been using the Aoyama Main Store for a long time, but it relocated and reopened in Azabudai Hills in February 2024. We greatly appreciated the calm atmosphere of the Aoyama Main Store, which valued the brand's tradition. The Azabudai Hills store, however, is a boutique with a modern and vibrant space that still conveys Berluti's unique classic elegance.
この頃は、中央区にある3店舗をよく利用しております。
Currently, we frequently use the three stores located in the Chuo Ward.

* LOUIS VUITTON
Louis Vuittonは、横浜に2ヶ所、直営店があります。全ての商品が人気で、すぐに在庫がなくなってしまうため、必然的に東京の直営店（銀座並木通り店、六本木ヒルズ店、表参道店など）にて買付を行うことが多くございます。
Louis Vuitton has two direct stores in Yokohama. Due to the popularity of all their products and the rapid depletion of inventory, we inevitably often conduct purchasing at direct stores in Tokyo, such as the Ginza Namiki-dori Store, Roppongi Hills Store, and Omotesando Store.
