HEGEMONEの梱包をご紹介いたします。
商品の種類、大きさによって梱包の仕方や梱包材などが異なりますが、ここでは、箱入りアクセサリーの梱包についてご説明します。
Packing methods and materials differ depending on the product type and size. Here's the deal with packaging the boxed accessories in this part.
#1. ポリエチレンシート包み (Polyethylene sheet wrapping)
アクセサリーが入った箱をポリエチレンシートに包みます。
Wrap the accessory box in a polyethylene sheet.
#2. 保護用箱入れ (Put in a protective box)
ポリエチレンシートに包んだアクセサリー箱を保護用箱に入れ、エアークッションで周りを固定します。
Place the wrapped accessory box in a protective box, securing it with air cushions around all sides.
#3. 保護用箱のテーピング (Protective box taping)
保護用箱は、商品を取り出しやすいように、軽くテーピングして、剥がしやすいように爪を作っておきます。
Lightly tape the protective box, ensuring easy removal of the product. Create a pull tab for convenient opening.
#4. 本梱包 (Final packaging)
保護用箱を発送用ダンボール箱に入れます。ここでは、より固定力の高い緩衝材を使います。HEGEMONEでは、緩衝カラムラップをよく使います。
お客様がダンボール箱を開ける際に、商品を傷つけることがないように、開口部に保護用の段ボールシートをつけておきます。サンキューカードも同梱させていただいております。
Insert the protective box into a shipping cardboard box. For this step, utilize a stronger cushioning material, such as cushioning column wrap, which we frequently employ. To prevent customer damage upon opening, place a protective cardboard sheet over the top of the contents within the shipping box.
A thank-you card is also included.
#5. 感謝を込めて (We send your order to you with our sincere thanks.)
テーピングは上下左右をしっかり貼り、最後の作業として、HEGEMONEのロゴシールと「取扱注意シール」を貼って、「下積み厳禁」の発送条件を付けてお送りさせていただいております。
Securely tape the top, bottom, and both sides of the shipping box. As a final step, affix the HEGEMONE logo sticker and a 'Handle with Care' sticker. This shipment also include the instruction 'Do Not Stack'.
